The clothing is second rate

The clothing is second rate. I took their credit card was never issued the credit I was promised. I called the company you talk to a bunch of foreigners and they give you the run around. I paid my balance and canceled my account.

REWARDS SCAM!? Takes $ monthly without u signing up for anything

Ordered T-Shirts from Kingsize.com tshirts came order was great. All of a sudden i started getting monthly charges on my cc. After i noticed i called Kingsize and they said i signed up for rewards, WHICH I DID NOT. I dont even have an account, just placed one tshirt order. Gave me a phone call to call and cancel. Took 2 months of $17.88, would not refund.
If you order from them, you will have a monthly fee attached. Pretty shady.

Horrible customer service and shipping errors

I ordered some items that upon placing online confirmed the correct color. I got the wrong color. In addition when I checked their website for tracking status showed no orders. I called and spoke to a cust serv rep and placed another order with expedited shipping. That one was correct. When I called cust serv back a got a farmed out rep that didn't speak good English and denied me a return label for their error and that I'd have to wait for correct items after they process the return for an exchange. Another 3 weeks before I get the correct items in addition to the 10 days expecting the correct item. I asked for manager but rep instead put me back into cust serv queue which ramped up my frustration level. Second time got me to a resolution specialist who was very short with me after she said I'll send u qr code. I have no idea what that is and she treated me like I was stupid. I do cust serv all day and if I treated a cust like that I'd be fired in a heartbeat. So they took no responsibility for their error and would not send me out the correct order at no charge until they got the incorrect ones back I asked for a discount due to inconvenience and a months wait time to get correct ones and they said no. Horrible cust serv for one and shipping errors they don't take responsibility for. 1.2 rating out of 5. Seems appropriate.

Complete fraud of a company!

First off, their product is complete crap! The shirts may be big enough and long enough, but the arm length for a long sleeve is 3/4 at best. Their return policy is crap IF YOU GET ONE! It took forever for the site to show that items had been returned. Second, they automatically sign you up for their membership which costs $14.95 plus tax a month. They DO NOT tell you about this. Nor do they send you emails about the money coming out of your account. So, watch your records. Basically, DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE. FRAUDS!

The worst customer service EVER

The worst customer service EVER! It is impossible to cancel an order even if you go back into your account within two minutes to make a minor change! The clothing quality is very so-so as well.

This company is absolutely horrible

This company is absolutely horrible. First they overcharge. They have Hand down lightweight Men's shorts regular price is 54.99. They have them on sale for 22.00 this weekend, which is how much they should be normally, so this is not a clearance price. Then for 5 shorts they are charging 22.99 for standard 7-10 day delivery. Then they are charging the wrong sales tax. I called them about it and they would do nothing about it. DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM THEM!

Horrible experiences

Over the years I have had issues with King Size. Twice they sent my orders to an address I never lived at. Their “customer service” is a joke. They constantly do not listen, repeating information I had previously acknowledged I had, always passing me on to someone else who cannot help me with my issues. I will never shop through them ever again.

Poor

I have had issues with King Size for quite a while. They have constantly mailed my orders to the wrong address, twice addresses that I never resided at. Their customer service is pathetic, not listening and only repeating information I already told them I had. I will never shop with them ever again.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. $200+ order they charged me $25 for 7-10 day delivery. Who does that?!?!? Decided to try them anyway. Big mistake. Never got my order and when I called two weeks later they said it hasn't shipped because I didn't confirm my order. I've ordered 1000's of items on-line and never had the bad experience I had with them. When I spoke with the rude CS person I said I would keep my order if they gave me free shipping. "I cant do that" she says rudely. CANCEL!!! Never using their site again.

Placed an order for clothes needed for family photos

Placed an order for clothes needed for a family photo. Upon checkout there was no expedited shipping option, I had 2 weeks until the photos so I thought it would not be a problem. 3 days after placing order when I checked on my order's status it was still showing not sent. I called KingSize to cancel the order and they stated they couldn't cancel my unshipped order. I would have to wait till I receive it and then ship it back! I am going back to Amazon, 2 day shipping and easy returns.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at KingSize Direct?

Couldn't find a phone number! But "chat" was useless. Asked instantly how they could help me place my order. Then took 20 mins to "find" an agent to deal w/my complaint that i received a used pair of pants with a squashed cherry tomato and used flosser pick in the pockets. Then declined to grant me any credit except to waive the return fee! Pass on these scamsters! Hard to see how they stay in business!
